My lender would call me with a number that I could not return the call back.

However, Wayne would inform me that he had called and any information that I had that he needed. Wayne would relay to him as Wayne had an easier contact with him because the lender would not except my phone calls or have the right number I can call it was just a big pain. Wayne took that pain away because he was attentive, and evidently looking at every communiqué that was going on with me and the lender, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was doing whatever the lender needed me to do in a timely manner to make sure that everything went smoothly, regardless of the crazy aggravation and non-contact that the lender proved to have Wayne made it an easy contact in the long run

From start to finish, Wayne was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I know through conversation that he was simultaneously juggling several clients through both the buying and selling process, but I would have never known it otherwise because of Wayne's timeliness in communication, availability for showings and as an intermediary, and overall care and attention to detail I was given from start to finish. We went out on several house hunts, but the home I ended up purchasing was one that I found on a Monday that Wayne made himself available to show that same afternoon, despite it being a holiday and over 40 minutes away. I had previously worked with Wayne about 15 years ago so I knew of his professionalism, work ethics, and integrity, so when I found out he was a realtor, there was no doubt in my mind that we would be giving him a call and I am so glad we did.

At first I emailed him just to chat and see if it was "possible" for us to sell and buy a new home.  He is so knowledgeable and experienced that although it was hard work, he made it possible to get from beginning to end.  Being honest, with this crazy market it was stressful at times, seeing tons of homes and not being able to put an offer on many of them, or, putting an offer and getting rejected many times, made me want to give up a few times.
